Returns and Order Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is missing, contact support@mythikalsundriesllc.com with your order number and photos or video showing the issue. We will review the evidence and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. We may open a claim with the print or shipping provider separately.

Because each print-on-demand item is made for the order, we do not offer returns for a change of mind or an incorrect size or personalization detail provided at checkout. This does not limit your rights when an item is defective, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable law.

For lost shipments, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and resolve the order. Any refund or replacement owed to you is not dependent on the carrier reimbursing us.
